Coconut Fiber

Coconut Fiber is extracted from Coconut Husk. The fiber generated is used as the material for Coconut Fiber Mattress. The specification of the Coconut Fiber is as the following: Moisture content: < 13%, Fiber length: 5 cm – 20 cm, Dust content: < 3%, Color: Gold brown – Brown.

Kapok Fiber

We are buying Kapok Fiber from Kapok farmers and selling them to international market. Our main market for Kapok Fiber are : Southeast Asian countries and China .

Kapok Fiber is a natural fiber for pillow filling. The color of Kapok Fiber is yellowish white. Dirt is unavoidable and should be accepted in a certain percentage of tolerance such as 3% even though for the best grade of Kapok Fiber. Kapok Fiber is classified into 3 grades: Grade C/E (the best), Grade C/ME (the 2 nd best), and Grade C/ML (the worst). Color and the percentage of dirt makes the differences.
